YANGERMEISTER (Tan Yang Er) is a multi-disciplinary Singaporean artist. She specialises in photo and video production, with an expertise in set and spatial design. With a decade of on-set experience as Art Director and Production Designer, she thrives in team environments and is a natural caretaker — she never takes her eyes off the vision and the wellness of the people.
Yang is also known for her public art practice where she creates immersive, multi-sensory experiences and mixed-media installations. She has exhibited in various galleries and most recently at Art Science Museum, Marina Bay Sands (2022).
Awarded the Best Visual Art Director of the Year at the international Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) presentedby South Korean entertainment company CJ E&M.
Currently lives and works in New York City.
